We are a tech-enabled consultancy known for our market leading advice in pensions, investment and insurance, and we strive to help create a financially better future for our society. Our love of data, technology and posing solutions to the difficult questions of today, has taken us into newer areas. We now have a reputation for excellence in energy transition, health analytics and sport analytics.
We build strong, genuine connections with our clients, who tend to have worked with us for many years. We are a true partnership – both in our structure and our approach to clients. We build those relationships because we are trusted advisers who give independent advice. Our focus on technology means we are agile and responsive to change and we empower our clients by building tools in-house that enable them to have the information they need when and where they want.
All of this has resulted in exceptional client retention. In our recent Client Satisfaction Survey, satisfaction remained high (on average clients rate us 8.6 out of 10), and we are proud of the fact that they would and do recommend us to their contacts. It’s testament to the fact that we treat challenges with care, rigour and respect as, ultimately, all decisions impact people and the world around us.
