Covenant advice in the new funding regime - our recent experience

The Pensions Regulator has issued updated covenant guidance, the first update to its original guidance on assessing and monitoring the employer covenant issued back in 2015. This version of the guidance supports the key concepts included in the DB Funding Code published back in the summer and provides helpful further context.
