The General Code of Practice: The time is now

The long-awaited General Code of Practice has been published and is expected to come into force at the end of March. While the Code doesn’t contain any surprises from its original draft published in 2021, the final Code reflects the responses from the industry to TPR’s consultation on the draft Code.
