Quality of service

We aim to provide a first-class service that meets your particular requirements. If you have any complaints or concerns about our work for you, we encourage you to contact the partner or partners advising you. They will discuss with you the nature of the issue and agree with you a way forward which addresses your requirements; doing so at an early stage often helps to resolve any problems in a straightforward way.

In the unfortunate event that the partner or partners who normally advise you are unable to resolve your complaint, then a member of our Executive Committee or our Senior Partner (details available on request) will investigate it promptly and carefully and do what is reasonable to resolve the difficulties.

For UK regulated activities carried out under our Institute and Faculty of Actuaries licence, if we do not answer your complaint to your satisfaction, you may take up the matter with the Institute and Faculty of Actuaries.

For LCP Ireland - where our work is regulated by the Central Bank of Ireland, if we do not answer your complaint to your satisfaction, you may have the right to refer it to the Financial Services and Pensions Ombudsman (FSPO).
