LCP has joined social mobility charity MyBigCareer as a Future Makers partner.
MyBigCareer’s mission is to connect young people with opportunities to take control of their future and offers career support to students and young people.
LCP has already hosted several ‘insight days’ with young people involved with MyBigCareer. This has involved bringing students into the firm to experience life working in financial services and hearing from a range of employees and partners on their career journeys and lessons learnt.
As part of the partnership, LCP has made a donation to MyBigCareer to support their activities across London and North East England. They will also be hosting more Insight Days.
MyBigCareer will also provide LCP with volunteering opportunities to support young people and provide virtual career advice on a one-to-one basis.

The donation will help to secure more, much needed, support to the students and young people we work with.”
