LCP’s football recruitment platform TransferLab signs up top German club VfL Wolfsburg Women

German football team VfL Wolfsburg Women have become the latest signing to the women’s version of TransferLab.
TransferLab is a product developed in partnership between business analysts LCP and leading football consultancy Analytics FC in response to the rapid growth of the women’s game over the last few years. The platform aggregates over 5,000 players in 20 leagues globally including England (both Women’s Super League and Championship), USA, Spain, Germany, Australia, Iceland, Denmark, France, Mexico, Norway, Russia, Sweden, Belarus, Brazil, Finland, Italy, New Zealand, Rep. Ireland and Ukraine.
The platform launched in March this year, the same month that the European Club Association (ECA) announced the publication of its first-ever women’s football strategy - ‘Be a Changemaker’ - which aims to help the progression of women’s football through creative actions to deliver lasting positive change. As part of this initiative, the ECA collaborated with Analytics FC to offer their member clubs a subscription to our TransferLab data analytics platform. It was this initiative that brought the She-Wolves into partnership with TransferLab.
VfL Wolfsburg Women are one of the leading names in the women’s game, picking up two European Champions League titles and six Frauen-Bundesliga titles (including the past four seasons) in their eighteen-year history.
