Chris Martin

I work in LCP’s Data Services team as the Pension Risk Transfer Data Strategy Lead. My focus is on helping pension schemes prepare their data for successful insurance de-risking transactions.

I have worked in the pensions industry since 2010, firstly advising pension scheme trustees, moving into a specialist data role in 2017. I joined LCP in 2023 to bolster the existing Data Services offering, with a focus on de-risking. In my role, I work closely with LCP’s pension risk transfer team to help schemes get insurance-ready, whether in preparation for a specific transaction or as part of a longer-term journey plan.

I am a Fellow of the Institute and Faculty of Actuaries and PRINCE2 Foundation qualified.
