I joined LCP in 2003 with my main focus being the management of different pension schemes. This includes overseeing the transition of clients from other administrators to LCP. Changing administrators may be a daunting prospect; in my experience it can be a very positive experience and I strive to provide a seamless transition.
In recent years, I have gained vast experience in guiding clients through exercises to improve the quality of their membership records and am part of the team that specialises in reviewing calculations undertaken by other administrators. Reviewing a sample of calculations can give trustees a real insight into the administration service that their members are receiving.
I understand the importance of supporting pension scheme members and trustees through clear communication and clients appreciate my attention to detail and my ability to present solutions rather than problems. I believe in improving administration standards and I am proud to say that LCP recently achieved PASA’s gold standard accreditation in pensions administration.
