Holly McArthur
I am a Partner in the Pensions Actuarial department and the Head of Sole Trusteeship at LCP. In my role, I support LCP’s Professional Trustee Engagement Programme, working closely with independent trustees to identify opportunities and align business strategies. I also oversee the firm’s approach to sole trusteeship, ensuring our services are delivered efficiently to help clients achieve long-term success and providing vital support when they consider appointing a sole trustee for their scheme.
My goal is to make pensions more engaging and accessible. I strive to simplify complex pension issues, communicating in clear, jargon-free language, and building strong, enjoyable working relationships along the way.
With experience advising a diverse range of clients, both trustees and corporates, I specialise in funding negotiations, GMP equalisation, and other strategic pensions matters. I also work with clients exploring various endgame solutions.
Outside of work, I enjoy skiing, sailing, and balancing family life with two young children.
