I am a Partner in LCP's pensions administration department. I started my career as a pensions administrator over 25 years ago and have a broad range of occupational pensions experience at scheme management level.

I help my clients run their maturing schemes effectively and deal with the practical aspects of the many changes in pensions regulation. I support trustees in buying-out scheme benefits with an insurer, with particular emphasis on the impact to the business as usual operation of the scheme and dealings with members, and manage the end-game journey through to wind-up.

I am committed to improving administration standards for both members and trustees and was part of the project team that helped LCP achieve its PASA gold standard accreditation. I have a personal interest in member engagement and one of my responsibilities is ensuring that our services are accessible to all members, particularly those who are vulnerable. I am also leading our work on digital identity verification ensuring that our service remains market leading and cutting edge.

LCP managed the wind-up of our scheme following the bulk transfer of its assets and liabilities to another scheme. Jo Franklin led the project in the friendly, focussed and professional way that was exactly what we had come to expect from LCP. We had the peace of mind that comes from the knowledge that with Jo and her team the work was in very safe hands.
