As a partner in our actuarial practice I advise both trustees and sponsoring employers across a wide variety of UK DB schemes, including several multi-billion pound schemes.

I have a proactive and pragmatic approach, and I enjoy helping my clients to achieve their objectives in the context of each scheme's unique challenges and the ever-evolving pensions landscape. Recent areas of focus include the new DB funding code and endgame planning.

As LCP's Head of Pensions Developments, I lead the firm’s response to emerging pensions policy and industry change, ensuring LCP reacts quickly and effectively, and our clients receive timely and expert advice. This dovetails with my external role as Chair of the Society of Pension Professionals Defined Benefit Committee.

I also sit on our internal Pensions Professional Committee at LCP, helping to set standards for pensions advice across the firm.
