Justine Joy
I am a partner in LCP’s pensions administration department. I have worked in the pensions administration industry for over 25 years both in large in-house departments and other third-party administrators.
My clients enjoy working with me and appreciate my pragmatic solutions to their problems and my hands on approach. I am passionate about good member experience and quality administration. 25 years later I still find working with members and clients the most rewarding part of my role.
I am also an experienced secretary to the trustee to several large clients.
In addition to my client responsibilities, I am responsible for ensuring our adherence to our internal controls as listed in our AAF 01/20 report and manage our accounts, cash management and pension payroll teams.
I believe in improving administration standards for both members and trustees and I am proud to say that I was part of the project team that help LCP achieve gold standard accreditation
