Utilising my extensive network across the pensions industry, I connect our DB and DC experts with future clients, focusing on building teams that meet clients' needs and objectives. My objective is to understand challenges from both corporate and trustee perspectives and find solutions that ultimately, create better outcomes for members.
Beyond client focused work, I lead LCP’s Lawyer Network, manage our Solo Professional Trustee and NED Network, and oversee our relationship with the AMNT. I am passionate about mentoring, sharing my career experience internally at LCP and externally with Moving Ahead and NextGen. As an EDI ally, I am a partner champion of LCP's Multicultural Network and support our Women’s Network.
Outside of work, I enjoy baking, playing Scrabble, Zumba, exploring the Farrow & Ball paint chart, and spending time with my family and dog, Toby.
