Principal

I am a Principal at LCP, having worked in the pensions industry since 2012 and joining LCP in 2015.

As a member of LCP’s specialist trustee secretarial and governance consulting team, I provide professional secretariat support to a number of clients with both defined benefit and defined contribution arrangements. I also help trustee boards to review their governance arrangements by facilitating trustee effectiveness and risk management reviews.

Using my previous experience working in-house, I help to lead and develop LCP’s Administrator Selection services. I am responsible for carrying out research into the third party administration market and regularly meet with administrators up and down the country. Working closely with my clients, I help them to design and manage procurement exercises to find the right administration solution to meet their needs and objectives.

I enjoy getting to know my clients and building strong relationships by taking a personable and collaborative approach. This not only ensures that work is tailored exactly to your needs, but also means that you will find working with LCP an enjoyable and worthwhile experience.

I am an Associate Member of the Pensions Management Institute having completed the Advanced Diploma in Retirement Provision. I am also a full qualified PRINCE2 Project Management Practitioner.
