Matthew Court
I joined LCP in 2003 as a Trainee Pensions Administrator and through a combination of LCP’s development programme and professional studies I have become a senior member of the Pensions Administration department.
My strong organisational skills and attention to detail, together with ensuring that robust processes and procedures are in place, help to deliver an efficient and high quality pensions administration service to a portfolio of clients.
In addition, I currently act as Trustee Secretary for several clients, building strong relationships to help ensure trustee boards are able to run their pension schemes efficiently and ensure that they have the information they need to make effective decisions.
As a member of LCP’s Pensions Tax and Pension Scams Helpgroups, I help clients with complex and precedent cases involving technical/legislative and tax related queries, as well as helping to protect members against the ever-present risk of pension scams.
I also provide support to the Pensions Management Institute, helping to produce the study materials that support individuals across the industry working towards professional qualifications.
