As a key member of both LCP’s corporate and risk transfer teams I help my clients set and achieve their long-term goals. I am keen to ensure that sponsors of pension schemes as well as trustees fully understand the options in relation to their pension scheme and have a seat at the table for key decisions.
I am known for really getting to grips with how my clients operate and delivering on projects from day-to-day support through to big projects with numerous stakeholders. My clients tell me that my ability to ensure that tasks get done on time with clear actions and next steps makes their lives easier.
In addition to my client work I am also a member of the SPP covenant committee, and am involved with internal and external mentoring - something I feel strongly about as an important step in everyone's careers.
