Paul Meredith

I have more than 20 years of experience in advising a wide range of clients, including those with complex multi-employer arrangements, in LCP's Pensions Actuarial practice.

In recent years, I have specialised in advising both pension scheme trustees and not-for-profit employers in relation to their pension arrangements. This has included advice surrounding scheme funding and design, as well as employee communication and face-to-face meetings with members. I am also a member of our Social Housing practice, and have built up a lot of experience in advising organisations participating in the local government pension scheme.

Within LCP, I am the neurodiversity lead for the Wellbeing strand of our internal DEI network. Find out more about our commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion here. We very much see DEI as a collaborative, industry-wide effort and are keen to share our own experiences and to learn from others - I was involved in producing a guide to effective communication, which we are happy to make available publicly available.
