Principal

I am an experienced trustee secretary and senior pensions consultant with experience working in-house and at consultancies. I have been working in the pensions industry since graduating from university in 2006 and joined LCP in February 2018. I am a Fellow of the Pensions Management Institute. 

I provide specialist scheme secretarial, pensions management, and governance services to trustee boards and their sponsors. I help trustee clients make best use of their resources, to focus on the issues that matter to them and to work collaboratively with their advisors to ensure that scheme business is managed and prioritised effectively. I really enjoy building strong working relationships with my trustee chairs, trustees, and their advisors. I have experience of working with sponsors in a diverse range of market sectors from charities to banking. 

I also work with clients to deliver project and governance work, with an increasing focus on risk management activities and cyber risk for pension schemes. I've worked with a number of large clients recently to refresh their strategic objectives and align their key risks accordingly or to stress test their existing risk management frameworks. I have experience of providing project management support to corporate projects (eg cessation of accrual) and project managing a wide range of trustee projects. I have previously held PRINCE 2 Practitioner certification.
