Philip Audaer

I am a Principal in LCP’s DC Team with nearly 40 years’ experience in helping both Corporate and Trust-based DC clients run their schemes successfully.

My role covers all elements of scheme delivery including consulting, investment, communications, governance and particularly research. Having witnessed so many of the changes in the provider market over the years, as well examining their propositions in detail, I am well placed to give some idea of what the future may hold in this ever-changing DC arena, and to challenge providers to innovate and develop better solutions for our industry.

I help trustee and corporate clients with all aspects of DC Consulting, enabling them to design and implement DC strategies that reflect the new DC arena in which schemes must now operate, which will help deliver effective solutions for both the Scheme and its membership.

My clients include housing associations and not-for-profit organisations, and I have significant experience at advising clients that participate in the schemes typically used by the sector.
