She/HerI joined LCP’s Pensions Management Consulting team as a graduate in 2021. I support our team in providing specialist governance, secretariat and project management services to help trustees effectively run their schemes.
My role involves working closely with trustees to help fulfil their statutory duties and manage the day-to-day running of their schemes. As well as helping to facilitate Board Effectiveness and Risk Register reviews, I report on insurer administration to help trustees complete their due diligence and give them all of the information they need when considering a buy-in or buy-out of their scheme. I also support trustees in planning and managing wider industry changes, such as the introduction of the Pensions Dashboard.
I’m currently studying towards completing the APMI exams.
