After joining LCP in 2020 from a background in corporate audit, I've gained a vast amount of experience across a variety of businesses and industries in different stages of financial health.

This enables me to provide bespoke advice to trustees and sponsors on an extensive range of covenant related matters to help them understand the complexities of the employer covenant supporting their DB pension scheme.

For those schemes that are well-funded and approaching life insurers to complete a pension risk transfer transaction, I've been involved in our team's development of our Insurer Financial Risk offering. This has involved supporting trustees understand the covenant impact of a potential buy-in or buy-out transaction, including the protections provided by the insurance regulatory regime and individual insurer risks.

Over the years, I have expanded my role to also collaborate with our sports analytics team, applying my financial analysis expertise to the area of football finance. Common to the projects I add value to is understanding the financial characteristics of a football club, communicating this to stakeholders in a clear and jargon-free way.
