Trishna Patel
She/HerI have nearly 20 years' experience and have been with LCP since 2011. My main focus is the provision of consulting advice to pension scheme trustees. I aim to run the pension schemes I am involved with as efficiently as possible. My role ranges from advice on GMP equalisation to managing actuarial valuations and signing off individual cases; advice relating to individual member taxation in pension schemes and mitigating PPF levies.
As part of our GMP equalisation experts and tax teams, I have provided training on GMP equalisation to various trustee boards, sit on various GMP working groups and have gained practical experience in this area.
I have also supported trustees with implementing complex benefit rectification exercises involving large amounts of member data and many different stakeholders.
I have undertaken a large enhanced transfer value project and GMP rectification exercise and have been involved in two scheme wind-ups, both for £500m+ schemes.
LCP have a practical way of looking at things and cut through the noise on essential issues.
