He/HimI am a partner in LCP's actuarial team with over 25 years’ experience advising a variety of companies and trustee boards on a wide range of UK pension issues, including funding negotiations, de-risking plans, and accounting.
I use my knowledge and experience to ensure pragmatic advice is provided in a timely and easily understood manner, so my clients’ pension schemes deliver the promised benefits smoothly and efficiently. I enjoy building close working relationships with my clients, and I’m currently supporting my Scheme Actuary clients on funding negotiations and journey planning.
As head of LCP's Life Analytics, I have particular expertise advising on mortality and longevity for the purposes of funding, de-risking and accounting. I have responsibility within the firm for providing insights and guidance on the latest developments and trends relating to life expectancy. I am the author of LCP’s annual Longevity Report, and a member of the CMI’s Mortality Projections Committee and the CMI's SAPS Committee.
