Painting a brighter future
Many asset owners are recognising the importance of a diverse, inclusive and equitable culture in the firms they appoint to manage assets. We are seeing increasing weight being placed on improving diversity and inclusion within the investment industry.
Clearly the moral justice that no-one should be excluded from the industry is something few would argue with, but there are financial reasons as well: diverse organisations with inclusive cultures make better decisions and manage risks better.
We’re pleased to share the results of our first survey on how investment managers are tackling this important area.
