I help my clients:

  • Think through the needs of their audience and develop a communication strategy and tactical plans to achieve their goals and drive member understanding and action where it’s needed.
  • Knit together the right words, ideas and pictures to create communications that people actually understand and that help them to make good decisions about their money.
  • Measure the impact of their communications, and most importantly, use what we learn to improve and adapt their communications in the future.

I’m an advocate for the use of Plain English, user-focused content and inclusive language. You’ll often see me at industry events and around Board tables championing for embedding accessibility best practice in our industry.
