Matt Hawtin

I’m a Partner in LCP’s investment team, with over ten years of industry experience. I advise a wide range of DB pension scheme clients on how best they can meet their long-term investment objectives through setting appropriate investment strategies.

I am the day to day point of contact and engage with my clients to advise them on a variety of investment aspects including performance measurement, investment manager selections and asset transfers.

I also manage our Operational Analyst team within the investment department. The team helps look at what improvements can be made within investment’s regular reporting, as well as making sure that all clients are up to date and getting the most out of what the investment department offers.

My other roles including heading up our investment research into the private equity universe. Furthermore, I’m involved in our summer intern and graduate recruitment process, helping to find the best talent for LCP in the future. I’m also part of with LCP’s Social committee, helping to run events and activities to help maintain and further build the strong, friendly, and inclusive culture we have here at LCP.
