Mladena Pavlova Joveski

I jointed the LCP Delta Consultancy team in March 2023 and I work in our Paris office.

I have 15 years' experience working within the French Energy Regulator as market analyst specialised in retail energy market monitoring. I have knowledge on the evolution of the French retail energy market and consumer’s protection, as well as EU policy and decision making through my work on European issues.

At LCP Delta, I balance my responsibilities between managing projects and supporting business development. I work across a variety of new energy areas including decarbonisation of heat, EVs, PV, Home Energy Management, and customer insights. I support the business development on consultancy side, with a focus on France, providing input into our growth strategies.

I am particularly interested in topics related to consumer behaviour which plays a key role in the energy transition.

I hold a Master’s degree in European economics with a Master thesis in the field of network industries.
