Rebeca Garcia Izquierdo

I am a Senior Consultant in the Pensions Actuarial team based in Winchester, having joined LCP as a graduate in 2015.

I advise a wide range of both trustee and corporate clients on all aspects of their pension arrangements, including funding valuations, journey planning, de-risking strategy and pensions accounting. I have also been assisting some clients in their move to buy-out and providing support in their journey to wind-up.

I am a member of LCP's Employee Share Options team and I advise several clients on their employee share plans, including carrying out fair value calculations as well as helping the respective Remuneration Committees with their disclosures for their annual reports.

On top of my actuarial work, I am a deputy team leader for one of our five Winchester actuarial teams, and I am a member of the team who organises our summer internship programme.
