I lead the Digital Services department alongside Chris Mitcheson and Gareth Goodram. Our primary purpose is to help the firm to be a modern digital business through the use of technology and the development of digital skills.

Our main client is LCP, who we help by developing models (supporting pensions and actuarial departments), web interfaces for those and our data visualisation tools (Inc. growth areas like Energy and Health), as well as facilitating that and other technology change through platforms, infrastructure, delivery, QA and support functions. I am responsible for the Digital Services strategy and budget, and a member of the Technology Oversight Group and Information Security & Data Protection Committees, who ensure technology change aligns with firm-wide strategy and is delivered with appropriate safeguards. I also support client teams by presenting to clients regarding cyber security and AI, as well as consulting in areas like data governance.

I have an MSc in Cyber Security, am a Chartered IT Professional and hold numerous industry certifications in the technology risk and security space.
