Emma Hawe
She/HerWith over 25 years of experience in academia, regulatory, and consulting environments, I specialise in the analysis of data from a range of sources including, clinical trial data, real world evidence and published aggregate data. My career has included leading teams of literature reviewers and statisticians, providing strategic advice and evidence synthesis to demonstrate the value of medicines for HTA submissions, and serving as Head of Statistics with a focus on health policy. I am committed to producing robust and credible evidence to support payer and reimbursement decisions, ensuring successful market access. Additionally, I provide strategic advice and drive evidence generation in line with payer and HTA needs, including for EU HTAR.
I am currently a member of the leadership team for the Statistics in HEOR Special Interest Group for ISPOR and the Institutional Council Joint Working Group on Joint Clinical Assessments. I have authored over 100 peer-reviewed publications and several books on UK and International Health Statistics. I hold an MSc in Applied Statistics from the University of Oxford.
