As Head of Residential I focus on the strategy and development of our research services, consulting and data products in the downstream energy transition. My goal is to create comprehensive solutions and packages that empower our clients to effectively engage customers and homeowners with the latest technology and propositions, driving a more cohesive, effective, and accelerated energy transition for all.

Since joining LCP Delta in 2010 I have developed deep expertise in downstream energy markets, low carbon heating, customer insights and strategy. I am passionately committed to ensuring that customers remain at the heart of the energy transition and that our research maximises its impact in supporting our clients to deliver this.
