Examples of our customer-research based consultancy projects include:

  • Huge 25,000 EV driver survey for a pan-European provider of rapid EV charging networks to understand driving and charging behaviour of EV drivers across Europe. The insights gained from the research were used to inform the client's go-to market strategy and marketing.
  • Gas heating installer research for a heating equipment manufacturer to understand installers’ perspectives and training needs on upskilling to air-source heat pumps. This research unearthed a range of valuable information and insights to help the client launch an ASHP training programme.
  • Mixed methodology approach for a non-profit organisation to understand customer attitudes to installing low carbon technologies across different customer groups. Our approach included focus groups, interviews with vulnerable customers and an online survey.
  • A detailed quantitative study across 11 markets for a renewable energy company to identify potential buyers of low carbon technologies. We used cluster analysis to develop personas used to help the client understand potential future customers and how to target them.
