I am a partner and corporate actuary with 25 years' experience. I advise a range of corporate clients on the complex pension challenges they face.

As a leading member of LCP’s M&A Practice I also have significant experience advising buyers, sellers and trustees on the pensions aspects of corporate transactions and restructurings, including carrying out due diligence and providing negotiation support.

Specialisms include pension risk transfer, trustee engagement, plan changes, high earner pension tax, business reorganisations, exit strategies, mergers and acquisitions and corporate accounting.
